Mr. Ramon Archer, FCPA, HKICPA, ICANZ, BCom
A Fellow CPA member of the Hong Kong Institute of Public Accountants and a CP member of the Chartered Accountants of New Zealand,Ramon has spent over 20 years in Asia during which time he has been exposed to both Asian and Western business environments whilst working within both multinational and entrepreneurial cultures.




Mr. Ian Longdin, LL.M; BA (Business Law); PGCE
Ian has over 30 years experience of delivering legal training for companies,raising awareness of the role and meaning of company terms and conditions for procurement staff and others with contract management responsibilities. He has been involved with the development of the MCIPS syllabus and is also an examiner for CIPS. Ian 's book on Legal Aspects of Purchasing &Supply has become essential reading for the above legal module in the MCIPS qualification.

Richard is the Founder and Principal of PMMS Asia Pacific.His corporate experience includes extensive functional and geographical experience in Manufacturing,Project,Technical,Business,Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.His geographical experience includes living and working in Canada,U.S., Australia,New Zealand and (since 1989)in Hong Kong.

Ms. Anne Young, PhDm BSc, MCIPS
Anne Young is a Senior Consultant with the Asia Pacific division of PMMS Consulting Group based in Singapore. Annie 's direct experience in industry includes working as the procurement representative in cross functional and multi-cultural teams for complex strategic sourcing initiatives.Whilst leading teams through successful assignments,Anne has the ability to empathise with clients and to understand the pressure placed on procurement professionals.



Mr. Sammy Chow, B.A.Sc, MIMarE, MHKIE, MCIPS
Mr Chow gained extensive supply management experience in senior positions within large multinational organizations based in Asia.By directing Purchasing teams in developing and implementing supply market analysis &strategic Purchasing plans,he has created a competitive edge to leverage opportunities across a wide range of Purchasing activities from engineering services to IT &technical design.



Mr. Bob McConnochie, MA, MCIPS
Bob McConnochie has held a regional Procurement role for a major international company and has also been a senior negotiator in a variety of international locations since 1985.He has been based in Asia,working throughout the region since 1994,frequently dealing with monopolies and restricted markets in a major service industry,Bob has extensive experience in relationship management and developing commercial awareness within country teams.
