Required to deliver tough year on year cost reduction targets.

Regional 3 day PPS run for all regional procurement staff.

5 day high level opportunity and positioning analysis in Hong Kong site.

Action plan for obtaining cost down opportunities in a sustainable way.

PMMS to work with local team part time to lead change and drive opportunities.

Team re-positioned & equipped to continue

2003 targets delivered by end of June.

Assessment repeated in 10 other countries in Asia Pacific
